KELVEDON HATCH SECRET NUCLEAR BUNKER

15th March 2008

Team Leaders: Ginette, Sharon, Don Medium: Val

Group 1
Katie, Andi, Matt, Ron, Ross and Paul

Group 2

Paul, Jillian, Michelle, Louise

Group 3
Shirley, Daniel, Jodie, Jason, Alison, Shane

We started the evening with a tour of the bunker.

1st Vigil
Group 1 – Planchette
Team Leader - Ginette

There was not a lot of movement on the planchette to start with and initially the atmosphere was quite flat.
Andi picked up on a gentleman connected to Ross (Grandad) who had strong connections with boats. Tthe plachette started making some significant movements as if in confirmation to what Andi was saying.

A few knocks could be heard and there was also some lights that could not be explained.

Group 2 – Bottom Level
Team Leader - Sharon and Medium Val

Walk around, calling out.
The name of Edward was given and a strong smell of Sewage was experienced in the refrigeration area.

Group 3 – Sick Bay, Glass Divination

Team Leader - Don

Unfortunately the group did not experience anything, although they did hear some bangs on the walls and lockers and picked up a loud bang on the EVP.

2nd Vigil

Group 1 – Glass Divination
Team Leader Sharon with Medium Val

The group experienced some glass movement and some names were spelt out, but these cannot be verified without surnames.

A small girl of 8 years old was picked up, who had died in a fire with her mum and dad and possibly
6 other men.

Group 2 – Planchette
Team Leader - Don

The group had significant movement on the planchette with personal messages for themselves and also the team leader Don. Don’s message was from his dad and he told the group there was an unfriendly spirit in the sick bay.

The group were also experiencing taps and knocks as well.

Group 3 – Bottom Level
Team Leader - Ginette

The group did not take any notes on this vigil.

However in the refrigeration room, when calling out some taps were heard which were getting louder, the groups was unaware of where the noises were coming from until white noise came through the speaker system on the wall.

The group could also hear a whistling, but could not distinguish where this was coming from. When the group left this room a loud bang was heard from where they had originally been standing.

(as recalled by team leader Ginette)

3rd Vigil

Group 1 – Bottom Level
Team Leader - Don

No notes on this vigil

Group 2 – Sick Bay, Glass Divination
Team leader Ginette with medium Val

Some significant movement on the glass, initially giving personal messages, then the group made contact with a man who worked at the bunker who was an engineer and it would appear that he was the spirit trying to communicate through the wireless earlier.

The second worker that was contacted was called George and he was the whistler. He said that he worked at the bunker for 6 years and that he passed away in 1965 aged 66 years old and that he died of natural caused. He used to do maintenance on the refrigeration system and general jobs throughout the bunker and liked to whistle while he worked.

He advised his wife was called Elizabeth and she died in 1978 aged 68, he also said they lived in kelvedon and had 3 children, 1 boy and 2 girls.

He also advised his surname was Finley/Finlay

(there are not records of the people who worked at the bunker so it is difficult to verify this information)

Group 3 – Planchette
Team Leader - Sharon

No notes on this vigil

4th Vigil

The Teams chose which experiement they wished to do

Glass Divination

Results from the glass divination produced something interesting about someone who had died whilst working at the bunker and that he had been buried in concrete.

(there is possibly a foreman that had an accident whilst pouring cement into the bunker walls. The groups were note informed of this information prior to the investigation)

Glass divination 2nd Group

The group was getting a strange reply to questions on the glass divination. We asked if the spirit was playing around with us and it replied, yes. Val’s spirit guide suggested ending the session and the messages were coming from a dark entity. The session was ended and Val sent the dark entity away.

All in all we had a good time at the bunker and will look forward to doing a return visit later in the year.
