    All Booking forms are to be accompanied by a Deposit of no less than £10 unless otherwise stated.

    If a Payment Plan is offered and this is the method you wish to pay by, please request the Payment Plan Form, which is to be sent with every payment, including deposit – Please keep a copy for your records.

    Deposits are non refundable – this is to cover administration and any deposit paid to the host venue. Further Payments are refundable only as per stated in our normal terms and Conditions, which are sent with your Booking Form.

    If the payment Deadline Date is missed, your place on the investigation will be offered to a paying member with no refund of any payments.

    Full Payment is to be received no later than 7 working days prior to the event (This will be either the Thursday/Friday the week prior to event).
